The future of blood diagnostics is here

Combining AI and breakthrough hardware to bring lab-quality CBC results to the doctor's office

The revolution has begun
OLO - The first complete blood count system for point-of-care
Forget waiting for days to receive lab results. With OLO, doctors will have the answers they need within a single office visit.
Blood diagnostics meets machine vision
Combining patented sample preparation with machine-vision detection, OLO delivers unprecedented diagnostic accuracy, simplicity and reliability.
Lab-quality results
Simple to operate
Simple from the start
The testing process begins with a simple and foolproof sample preparation. Our foil-sealed test kit contains everything you need.
Ready in seconds
Manual staining workflows have been replaced by a self-contained test kit which is sample-ready in seconds. Just two drops of blood, from a finger-prick or vial, are all it takes. Patented technology is used to form a standardized monolayer of cells.
Self-contained consumable
15-second preparation
Patented live monolayer
Smart vision
Once inserted into the instrument, the sample is rapidly imaged using a specialized multi-channel microscope. The extraordinary accuracy of the images allows Sight’s algorithms to carefully differentiate cells as well as identify various anomalies.
Rapid scan
15-second preparation
Powerful analysis
The scanned images are analyzed using machine vision and AI techniques.

Sight’s advanced algorithms were first deployed in 2012 to detect malaria and have been field proven in more than 15 countries.
Lab-quality results without the lab
Sight’s algorithm analyzes characteristics like cell size, shape, and intracellular morphology. Lab-quality results are delivered in minutes, displayed on-screen and available for printout and mail.

A proven solution
The story of OLO began two years ago with the introduction of Parasight - a breakthrough diagnostic solution for the quick and accurate detection of malaria using digital fluorescent microscopy and computer vision algorithms. Healthcare providers have been searching for years for an alternative to manual microscopy, a time consuming method that requires trained personnel.
Parasight offers an accurate, cost-effective and simple-to-use solution that delivers extraordinary diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity/specificity of more than 98% at 50 par/µL) with minimal training or maintenance.

To date, Parasight has been sold to healthcare providers in 18 countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe, with more than 300,000 malaria tests shipped.
